Campaign Number: 25V511
Lighting System, Front Headlights
The front headlights may have missing headlight aim markings on certain 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLA models. Missing aim markings result in improperly aimed headlights. These vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.
Source: NHTSA Official DataIncorrectly aimed headlights can reduce driver visibility during night driving or reduce visibility for oncoming traffic, creating a glare hazard. This increases the risk of nighttime accidents and crashes.
Dealers will inspect and replace the headlights as necessary, free of charge. Replacement headlights include proper aim markings to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Important: All recall repairs are performed free of charge, even if your vehicle warranty has expired. Contact your local Mercedes-Benz dealer to schedule an appointment.
